In June this year, the Dobermann Club of the Cape hosted an Aptitude test in Stellenbosch.
Of the two dogs that passed, one was a Basset Griffon Vendeen (Petit) - the very first of it's Breed to be awarded this qualification in SA!
 
The dog in question is White Squall What The Fudge aka Phoebe, proudly owned by Nerina Napoli and Louis Kruger, and pictured here with Team Leader, Mike Eisler.
 
Each dog is graded for the following abilities:
 
Approachability
Drive to Hunt
Social Fighting Spirit
Activity Level
Level of Aggression
Defence
Nervous Constitution
Toughness
Eagerness
Steadiness to Gunshot
 
The other dog to be awarded a passing mark at this event was a Rottweiler, Eisengard G-Paco, owned by Mr S Effendi, handled by Mr AM Davids, pictured with Test Leader, Mr Selvin Lewis.
