On completion of HAC Open show
The meeting will be recorded for club records.
Proposed Agenda:
1. Present and Apologies.
2. Minutes of the AGM held on 25th of March 2024
3. Chairman’s Report for the Year End 31 December 2025
4. Treasures Report and Financial Statement for the Year ending 31 December 2025
5. KUSA Shows for the Year 2026
6. Election of a Committee
A). All members of the committee will be dissolved, and a new committee will be voted in with accordance to the KUSA regulations.
B) Any proposals for New Committee Members. Preferable proposed in writing to the HAC Email/ proposal forms available from the current chairlady at request (Sheldene Fourie). The name of the proposer, seconder and with the agreement of the Proposed member needs to be submitted.
