SCHEDULE 7

Regulation 1:
Fees shall be set by the Federal Council for the subjects noted below:
1.1. Membership
1.2. Registration
1.3. Cancellation of Certificates
1.4. Transfers
1.5. Rectification and/or Rejection
1.6. Change of Common Name
1.7. Affixes
1.8. Pedigrees
1.9. Clearance Certificates for foreign registered dogs
1.10. Search Fees
1.11. Championship Status
1.12. Affiliation Fees
1.13. Licence Fees
1.14. Show Entry Fees
1.15. Penalty Fees
1.16. Complaint Deposit
1.17. Annual Premium for KUSA Public Liability Insurance
1.18. Special Events Schedules

Any change of fees will normally come into effect on the first day of the second month following a Federal Council Meeting. Should any change to fees be urgently required due to increase or decreases in outside services, materials or any other outside cause, the Federal Council may, on a two-thirds affirmative vote taken by telephone, e-mail or telefax, authorise an immediate increase or decrease. Such increase or decrease to be confirmed at the next regular meeting of the Federal Council.
