KENNEL UNION OF SOUTHERN AFRICA REGULATIONS FOR THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

SCHEDULE 6

In pursuance of Article 6 of the Constitution the Executive Committee established in terms of Article 14.1 shall be responsible for all matters referred to it in terms of the Articles and Schedules of The Kennel Union Constitution and those arising from the Official Department of Office Administration of The Kennel Union. Without limiting the generality thereof, the Executive Committee shall be empowered to instruct the Secretary or his duly appointed Deputy to adopt all such resolutions and instructions as may be issued, from time to time, by the Federal Council in terms of the powers and functions conferred upon it by the said Article 6 of the Constitution and all such procedures and measures necessary for the improvement and greater efficiency of the services provided by The Kennel Union.
