NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SIX\\EVENTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE WORKING RETRIEVER CLUB of Gauteng

WILL BE HELD VIA TEAMS ON WEDNESDAY, 10^TH DECEMBER 2025, at 19h00

AGENDA

1.           Establishment of a quorum and convening of the meeting

2.           Recording of names of members present and apologies offered

3.           Reading of the Notice of the Meeting

4.           Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting

5.           Chairman’s Report

6.           Treasurer’s Report

7.           Election of Committee:

              In terms of the Constitution one third of the Committee is required to stand down:

7.1         Dr Alan Kloeck. Mrs Annette de Klerk and Mrs Marie Wynne but are available for re-election; and

7.2         Mr Tony Wynne has another year to serve.

8.           Proposal of new Committee Members*

9.           Future of the Club in 2026

*Please note that nominations for new Committee members must be submitted to the Secretary in writing, at least 7 days before the AGM.
